# Celine Fahn AeroVironment

AeroVironment, the U.S. maker of the Switchblade loitering munition that Washington rushed to Ukraine in 2022, will open a Taipei office this month and has hired Celine Fahn, formerly of the American Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan, as its first general manager for Taiwan. She is the first Taiwanese national to lead any of the three American drone makers now operating on the island, and she told The Storm Media the office will grow from two people to 10 within about three years.
