Each box, part of Fanatics Authentic's recurring Under Wraps line as "2026 MLB Baseballs Vol.1," contains exactly one randomly selected officially autographed baseball. The pool draws from more than 250 players spanning current stars, rising rookies and retired legends, including Shohei Ohtani, Aaron Judge, Paul Skenes, Bryce Harper, Nick Kurtz and Juan Soto.

Collectors could pull any of eight ball types: single-signature balls, "inscribed" balls noting career milestones such as league records or MLB debuts, multi-signature balls, and pieces featuring artwork from noted sports artists.
Game-used balls — autographed after seeing actual game action — feature players including Elly De La Cruz, Aaron Judge and Roman Anthony. The rookie tier highlights this season's breakout names, such as Konnor Griffin, Munetaka Murakami and JJ Wetherholt. A "Specialty Baseballs" category includes balls bearing logos from championship teams, Hall of Famers, Gold Glove winners, the World Series and the All-Star Game, plus gold-colored special editions. Legends like Babe Ruth, Cy Young and Ty Cobb round out the lineup.

Each box sells for ¥56,000 (tax included), with 300 units available through MLB Shop and the possibility of a restock. Purchases are capped at 10 boxes per transaction.
